    Is the storage of your phone full or nearly full? This might cause Discord to take longer to load, especially gifs. Also please check your connection. If that all isn't the case you could try to remove and reinstall the app.
    Hope this helps.

    Im on pc and my storage still has space and my internet was fine.My gifs are still glitched but its ok.
