Account wrongly disabled but support only answers with auto generated messages.

Discord Support Team, My discord account got disabled without a reason and I wrote the support multiple times only to get bot generated feedback. This account really means a lot  to me because I spend nearly all my pocket money on it. All I want is at least support from a human and not a bot message.

Even If I did break the rules I didn't mean to harm anybody or  do something bad. I am really really sorry if I did something wrong but please enable it again. I don't think I'm that bad of a person to have it  just taken away. Please give me a human answer!
