My account got hacked now

My account got hacked now I can't even delete or open it. Someone close to me sent me a link for nitro and I opened it not knowing he was hacked too. someone help, please! No one is helping. the support discord is so hard honestly.

    Mei, I clicked it because we were pretty close and I didn't knew those links were spam. I can't change my password as I can't login in my account.
