Banner dimension sizes

Account banners dimension size should be more flexible. The current size is fine, but it limits so much which photos look good as banners. There should be a way to make banners a bit thinner to accommodate some longer photos. Although they shouldn't be "taller" because that would be obnoxious. 

So basically a way to scale a banner height shorter for some longer images to fit in the same width.
