Nitro not getting cancelled

I cancelled my nitro 3 days after buying it so that i could be refunded, its been more than a week and no response, am i going to be charged for the month even though i cancelled within refundable date?

    Hello this!
    If you have cancelled or refunded your Nitro, there will be no charge. If you experience such a situation, it will be enough to open a support request in the billing category.
