My messages and servers aren't showing

It will not show my friends list, which my friends told me through another app that they are online. It isn't showing that they are online, and none of my servers are showing on the side. None of my messages or chats are loading. There is no option to edit account or log out either. I have good internet so that isn't the issue.

Could somebody help me, please?
