Broaden Responses to Events

I'd like to see additional response options for events:
• Interested: people who opt in receive a reminder about the event start.
• Attending: people who opt in not only receive a reminder but they also give a better indication of commitment to the event host(s). These people, circumstances permitting, have declared that they are definitely attending.
• Hosts should be given the option to limit how many "attending" responses can be held in total at any point. This would help people who host events that have limited attendee spaces, such as RPGs.

Having just an 'interested' option is great, simple and all but there are still some bots out there that can handle events procedures better and I can name at least one that can do exactly this very well. I think it reflects badly on Discord.
