A way to ping only people without roles
It would be useful when, for example, asking people to take notification roles.
People who already took them then wouldn't recieve the ping while people without them would recieve it.
It would be something like @no-roles

I agree with that it's then a @everyone role but not to annoy members who follow already the rules,
In my server they have to agree with the rules so I want to ping the members who have not yet. And have not the role about accepted rules!
