Trying to refund a yearly unclaimed Nitro Code

Im trying to refund a gift code that hasn't been claimed yet

I reached the support and they keep asking for information that I already gave them which is the gift code I want to refund and the email address associated with my Discord account and when I send this info again I get nothing 

Is there anything else to do?
