Won't let me join/create servers

Discord won't let me join servers or create servers, I've restarted my device even reinstalled the app. Nothing worked, I don't have max servers because I left a lot of servers and it would've gave me a notification. The device I'm using is an android phone incase anyone else is having the same issue
