New Community Support hub

Community help/support hub

Discord needs a community help/support hub! It will be that place people go when in need for solid advice on what steps to take. It is a supporting component of Discord Support and is not intended to replace official support channels.


Why is this needed?

An issue I see often is people don't always find solutions in the Help Center or even the ticket forms. As they are desperate for help, the frustrations and uncertainties grow as they are unable to find the right channel for the answer they are looking for.

With a centralized hub for asking/providing advice, users experiencing issues will have an assuring place to go when in doubt!

    the bottom line? They could care less about our problems, why would they create something like this? to have another thing that they IGNORE people on, whats the point.

    The community support hub would be run by Discord and supported by friendly members of the Discord community - there is not much involvement needed from Discord staff nor are they the targeted audience!
