You and blocked users cannot hear each other in a voice channel
This functionality will act as a server deafen but in an individual way, it means that if we decide to block a person, we will not be able to hear each other if we join the same voice chat. Even if the other person has not blocked us, they will not be able to hear us while other people present in the same voice chat will be able to hear us.
