Account suspended yh..... Any hope?

I found my.account suspended today. I thought it had been hacked initially, still think it might have.
I've contacted support asking for help, I really do need the acc ive got friends I'll never be able to find again and server ownerships.
I've heard horror stories online - am I gonna be able to get it back? Or is the support line actually just a bot?
