Live Subtitles for the deaf comunity

Can we have live subtitle in voice chats where people choose to turn on so its easier for my friend or other deaf people to feel like they fit in with the friend groups people have made. Now about Nitro in voice calls theres a lot of people talking diferent languages so for live subtitles you can use Nirto to promote subtile translation from one language to another like lets say german to french if they dont use nitro the main language will be english. If you see and read this i would love to havee this feature in discord but if it doesnt well idk how to explain it.
