my feedback with discord partner program team

i submited for partner program and it take 14 days for respone ( it denied ) . in that 14 days all the joins for my server was my friends and my followers . the respone email saied " the review process is a separate, manual process done one-by-one by our team " . my quistion is who joined my server and check it from the discord team ? . i submited for partner program 6 times and all that times i denied without any member from the discord team joined my server and check the content of it . ( i know all the joins to the server in that 14 days was my friends and i'm sure no one was from discord team ) i hope changing that team
