Unable to use the promotional nitro monthly package

I bought nitro's 3-month promotional gift bag the day before yesterday. This is my first time to use nitro. But when I open the gift package link and set the PayPal payment method, it displays "sorry, there is something wrong that prevents you from using the code". The gift bag I bought is until June 24, 2022. And my discord account is findluck#5085.

Excuse me, how should I deal with this problem now.
