[Feature Request] Option to completely hide slash commands from unauthorized users

Hi, I'm building a bot with user and guild management slash commands. While it is great that I can disable the guild management commands for the common users, it would be awesome to have the option to completely hide those commands.

I'm a frontend developer with a big focus on UX and it would just be a better experience for my bot users not to be able to see commands they have no way of interact with anyway. This would fulfil design principle "Keep it simple, stupid" or "Less is more".

My suggestion is therefore to add an option like "setHideUnathorized(true/false)" to the SlashCommand API.
