My account is still disabled

first of all, I know I did contact them but they don't give a sh#t. I have been trying for so long and my account is going to get deleted in 4 days but they still don't listen. I tried proving them as much as I could but they don't even care about it. and the contact support is trash. every time I send them a message it always says "We just want to confirm that we've received your message (23328397). We're currently experiencing increased volumes and will be in touch as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience." and you know what makes me more mad is they did have seen the message but they just put it as solved and they still don't give me my account or a message. discord should listen to their people. I literally have some important dm's and messages but they don't care about it. plus, I don't think sending them feedback here will work because I think that they also do not check this feedback section. if any admin sees this message then unban this account [ dark_w0b#8619 ].
