Stage Channels: Add reactions people in the audience can show their appreciation/confusion/etc. with!

Stage Channels are awesome - but unless you're a speaker, and unless there is a channel where all the people in the audience can chat in, they are pretty monotone and listener-unfriendly. 
Sure, you can raise your hand or just revert to a text channel like most will probably do anyways atm, but:
Give people in the audience a reaction to clap if they agree with something, to give kudos to a speaker, to let a question mark pop up when they didn't get something, to give a thumbs up (or a yes)/a thumbs down (or a no) right in the stage channel if the speakers ask the crowd something, etc!

And if people don't need/use that function should you make it? Make the function optional. Like with the age restriction setting for text channels, add one for stage channels that's something like "allow audience reactions" or something similar!
