Text chat in voice chat feedback

1 - With the regular text channels (no voice), anytime there’s a new message, the title changes to BOLD. This makes it very clear there’s new content. With the new text chats (within a voice chat), nothing turns bold or notifies you there’s new content.

2 - Accessing the content of the new text chats is labour intensive. Text chat should be done by a single click on the channel and the voice chat should be accessible by a double click.

3 - We should be able to mute the text chat part of a voice channel like we can on regular text chats.

4 - We should be able to set different permissions for the new text chat vs the permissions of the voice chat
