Emoji sorting for servers and nitro users

I think it would be a very helpful feature for server owners, and those with server emoji perms, to be able to organize the server's emoji selection so it's easier to find emojis when searching for them, this would especially help nitro users who use emojis from multiple servers all the time.

In addition, a nice nitro perk would be to be able to customize your recent emojis section at the top of the emojis menu! I would be much more interested in nitro if I had control over what emojis were easily accessible to me without having to scroll through multiple servers' emoji lists.
