Add option for a (random) leave message

Add an option in the system event message settings to enable "Send a random leave message when someone leaves the server". It would make sense to add an option for members to see if a user leaves without needing a third party bot for annoncering leave messages. Often i experience confusion when new members join a server and members begin to greet them but then the joined user leaves immediately without anyone noticing. This creates minor awkward situations. For an server managing standpoint it is a helpful tool to being able to see who leaves and joins a server. Most ideal would be an option to select individual channels for system event messages (see my other suggestion).
