Account deletion requests that are permanently deleted

If your account has been deleted over 14-30 days, then it won't be recovered unfortunately. But it would be awesome if Discord updated their system for the account recovery. People are allowed to create a new account + I wish Discord can save up/synchronize data and chat backups from another account.

-New Update about the Feedback

My oldest Discord main account was banned for indicating the age of under 13 that was made in 2020. Discord should recover the deleted accounts the users who own their account if they have their email/phone number associated or all the data from their another account. In my opinion, the contribution should make up a little decision for my feedback, the users who has their account disabled/banned should be recovered, since theres a deletion system processed to 14-30 days. I'm just trying to make it to a positive way if you guys believe my idea should be granted. Thank you guys for reading my feedback.
