discord says they reinstated my account then deletes the account

so my account got disabled for spam and i contacted their support after like 20 days they said that my account got caught in their spam filter and that they would reinstate the account but they never did and soon after around a month after i made the ticket and got the response my sister noticed that there was a deleted account in her friends list and we looked at her messages with the account and it was my account and i want to know that why if they said they would reinstate my account why was it deleted

    You need to contact Discord for that - https://dis.gd/contact.

    You won't get a answer of a Discord Staff here because they will need some more informations to take a look into your case.

    yea i know i did but they just said "there is no discord account connected to this email"

    I think I am going through the exact same issue. I am like 3 months in and they said multiple times that I got caught in a spam filter and it was fixed, but it was never fixed. Still waiting on a human response since the message I keep getting is the exact same we fixed it message. I think the account is fully lost at this point...
