Suggestion Permission discord

Hello, I have a suggestion regarding discord permissions. We can remove the permission to add reactions, but we can't prevent them from reacting when a mod has added one, this is annoying when we have to communicate between staff. My suggestion is the following:
Add a permission to remove the permission to react to posts, i.e. if a mod has reacted to a post it can't react, but the configured permissions will be able to do so.

  I rlly think Discord should add this feature
