Add attribution data to emojis

I recently ran into a issue recently in one of the Discord servers I am in. The server has several artists in it and many of them contribute to the Emoji pool on the server. Naturally, I would like to use them in other servers since I have Nitro, but some of them want to have attribution when the Emoji is used. We could encode the attribution in the Emoji name, but others in the server said they may be less likely to use the Emoji since they would have to type more to put it in without having to touch or select the correct one when typing part of the name. Additionally, the origin server doesn't show up for private servers for understandable reasons.

As such, I propose that a way to add optional attribution data be added. Possibly stuff like artist name and/or url and possibly character owner name and/or url.
