Paid Nitro to receive spam?

Hello, I am a Discord user and I pay for a Nitro subscription, from time to time I receive notifications about gifts from Discord, including messages as a notification bar in the WEB application and to my personal email. The issue is that all the gifts are associated with Xbox passes and I don't have or like Xbox or anything related to Microsoft, I use Steam and Play Station. For me, these notifications have become a spam problem that does not stop, it seems that not having a subscription is better since that way I avoid spam from Microsoft. If they offered gifts from different entities I would understand, but apparently this seems more like a Microsoft advertising campaign than an offer of gifts. I do NOT have an Xbox and I will not either, so I want to stop receiving notifications of this type. If you want to give me something, could you give me a Steam giftcard with a discount on games that are not from Microsoft, please.

I wish I could remove the Xbox game pass gift but I can't, there it is and every so often it reminds me that I should buy an xbox, but I don't want it!
