If this was ever implemented, you'd have to assign the bot perms to "Send Messages" in channels you'd want it to send in. This has more disadvantages to the advantages it has.

This is already a thing. All you need to do is to get the emoji ID of your custom emoji and then place it in the channel topic. This way your custom emoji exists in the channel topic and this works...

This should definitely be a thing since users with nitro prior to the release of the Discord store got an early supporter badge while nitro subscribers after that received nothing.
