Let "Frequently Used" emojis sync between devices.
Honestly surprised why it doesn't exist as everything else syncs.

[Android] Swiping left on a message will make the same menu appear as long-holding a message.
I personally like to do things quickly on my phone, and I keep having to wait while holding the message. This would be amazing. And perhaps if you swipe right, it automatically > (quotes) it in you...

Ability to ignore roles for the moderation check
Whilst the Server settings>Moderation is checking users, it would skip the roles configured. So members with for example a "Members" role would not be immune to the moderation.
