macOS Discord built-in speaker left-right output options

I found that macOS Discord only outputs through right built-in speaker due to Apple implements mics on left. (https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360061587372-Problems-with-sound-on-MacBook)

But, Now in days Krisp or other echo cancellation works great, and now Apple implements mics on right. (https://www.ifixit.com/Answers/View/518504/Where+is+the+microphone+located+MacBook+Pro+2018+++How+to+mute+it)

So... I suggest make this thing as optional or remove it.
