I think it would be nice to have a smaller category within a larger category.

For example, a company that develops software (like free cloud storage) suddenly wants to make a game. By the way, on the Discord official server, the software had each category, but users are confused when each new game category suddenly appears. So, in a big category called 'GAMES', we are trying to put various game categories (news and information about games) that we will make. However, Discord doesn't have this feature yet... I'm in the same situation. Allow smaller categories to fit within larger categories

    Very good idea! I recommend that you take a look at the DMA to further help your clarity on the moderation factor. If you have already read it please disregard the last part!
