Grouping of DMs and Group Chats?

Since DMs with many different people and groups can get rid of some overview it might be an idea to add a favorite and/or grouping option to place certain DMs and Group chats above the others according to personal preference or priority.

Currently they are ordered by newest message, which is fine. Unread messages could be regarded as an own category if the idea above is suitable.

As a side note, could it also be possible to group friends like the before mentioned DMs in custom groups? (As it currently can be done with servers)

To my knowledge, this currently is not possible and may be a nice quality of life feature to keep an overview over friends and chats that may be lost after a long time on the plattform.
