[Suggestion] Volume balancing, Desired loudness
Volume balancing is a useful function that let you never have to adjust individual users' volume.
As a listener, users need to set a desired loudness value in the Discord client. As a talker in client Discord, users don't need any additional settings.
Whenever you are talking, the Discord client will constantly analyze the volume (independent to "Voice activity sensitivity"), which then sends out the loudness level with the audio.
On the receiver side, after receiving the audio and loudness information, the Discord client should compare it to the desired loudness, if it is too soft then do the increment, (vis-versa), then finally output the audio to the listener's headphones.
(But of course, users can still offset individual users' volume.)

This would be really handy if you have friends who talk in very different loudness depending on let's say day and night. And all other users you've never chatted with before.
