Allow visible way to change the interface font

Since GG Sans is the new interface font for Discord and Whitney will no longer be a thing to use, why not allow users to use their font of choice?

Allow changing the font used across the Discord user interface to a user's choice, such as fonts suited for people with specific visual disabilities
Allow granular control of font size by allowing custom and larger values than what is currently allowed in the Chat Font Scaling switcher
Allow people to choose which font weight (Light, Regular, Bold, Black, etc.) to use for specific parts of the interface
Allow using specific fonts for specific languages or scripts instead of just using the default font or a fallback such as Noto Sans or Arial
