Overlay not working for administrators app.

A few days ago, I started playing valorant on administrator and the discord overlay didn't work from then onwards ,until today I realized that my Genshin impact also has the same problem in the past because it was in administrator, so when I turned it off its fixed and i can use the overlay. Discord pls fix this.
