Adding Spoilers to the Built in Gifs UI

Gifs posted through the gif ui are not able to be spoilered which leads to servers needing to be more strict in their rules and permissions if they want to help people with epilepsy or common phobias(arachnophobia for example). This unnecessarily limits peoples forms of expression and eliminates the fostering of self-moderation among communities where people would learn to spoiler and content warning sensitive posts. This is already possible by downloading a gif and then reuploading with it spoiler marked but not in the gif ui which seems like an oversight.
