not fair for someone bought yearly before apply localized pricing

I sub yearly 3 months before localized pricing, but now discord doesn't have anyway support that include refund cause i bought it > 5 days. So i think it not fair to who sub yearly. I feel yearly benefit risk higher than monthly benefit.
So i give advice if u can't refund, you can add more monthly subs. Ex:
I used 3 month before localized pricing apply & price apply is a half. So i should get 9 month subs.
