stop lag when hovering server icons

Huge CPU usage spikes when hovering over the server icons whilst hardware acceleration is turned off. it also makes discord appear so laggy too. Was told that this was because when hovering over a server, it loads all the servers information which causes the spike in CPU usage. However I think that this shouldn't be the the case.
