Arachnophobia support for uploaded media

In the world of AI, it's not unimaginable to use the technology to help us be more inclusive.

As a server owner I'd like to make sure everyone feels safe and that includes people with arachnophobia. Unfortunately I can't expect everyone to always pay attention to this. I would love to have the option to turn on additional scans for uploaded/linked imagery and mark them as spoilers when they contain arachnids.

In this case, even false positives would be absolutely fine given they don't happen too often.
