Reporting messages on Desktop [CLOSED]

A while ago there was a new feature that was added, it allowed you to report a message without having to copy a message link and make an email with it for them to look into it. For some reason it's only on mobile and never on desktop. It's confusing as to why this feature is only on phones and not everywhere, was it a mistake that somehow got through or an intended thing? Other people have asked for this feature to be on desktop but has not been added since, I figure this can be brought back up and I'm hoping someone can get this added to desktop. It's a useful feature for quickly reporting, and it would be even faster on desktop.
