Weird age verification thing...

Having a bit of a weird issue here, hoping someone can help.

I recently was invited to an 18+ server, and upon attempting to join I was told I didn't meet the minimum age requirements. I'm 31 lol. I submitted a ticket to support with all the adequate proof (username + photo ID + photo of me holding them) and support informed me that there is no DOB data associated with my account and that I'll be able to enter one when prompted by Discord's age gating verification... but I've never been prompted to enter my DOB, and I'm not being prompted now, and have no idea where or how to enter it on my account and I've had this account for 3 years now. I wrote back to support explaining this and have gotten no reply. Any ideas? Has this happened to anyone else?
