Allow full profile customization for Nitro Basic subscribers

This seems like a no-brainer to me, and it's the only thing keeping me from re-subscribing once Classic is no longer available. It makes sense for Basic to have all the features that do not add significant cost or overhead to Discord's operations, so things like HD streaming are understandably limited to regular Nitro, but I see no reason why profile customization should be exclusive to the highest tier. If we can have the badge and emotes, why can't we have a custom profile, gif avatar and tag number? these are all visual amenities. If you're worried about regular Nitro subscribers not feeling as special, just give them a shinier badge, but all tiers should have customization. You can run a survey or local tests to determine whether users would be more likely to subscribe if they had access to the customizations, while not affecting the sales of the highest tiers, who are probably interested in the features with overhead, and I'm sure that would be the case.
