Account hacked then Disabled/Banned after Waiting a Month for Support

My account was hacked in the beginning of February and they changed everything on the account info wise. I wasn't able to get back in and submitted a ticket to discord immediately. It is now March 1st, and I get a response from the discord support bot saying my account was disabled and cannot be recovered. WHERE IS THE SUPPORT FROM THE REAL SUPPORT TEAM?! Where is the care for their customers?! I literally cannot get in contact with any real person to settle this! My 2FA is still active on it and I have the recovery codes but can't do jack without getting in contact with a REAL PERSON. This is so unprofessional of the Discord team! I'm even subscribed to the 100$ discord nitro and I have no access to the account! It's so absurd that they don't have a better way of dealing with hacked accounts. Truly disgusting. I'm at my whits end here not knowing what to do, I'll lose all the friends I had, all the servers I was in. The SERVER I OWNED WILL BE GONE. Just utterly astonishing how they handled this. Really. Starting to think I should've never left Skype or team-speak.

I am sincerely sorry for your loss, however Discord's support team's transparency rate shows that at least from 20% of applicants, only about 0.62%ish are accepted, you can search up the Transparency Report for yourself. I also lost my Discord account today, which at this point, it's deleted. Support team just sucks.

Yep most people just make new accounts sadly.
