"Moderation requires 2FA" banner is not dismissable; covers content
The banner which says “This server requires members with moderation powers to have Two-Factor Authentication. You cannot take any moderation actions until you enable it” covers content and can’t be dismissed. See example screenshot:
Steps to reproduce: Create an account without 2FA enabled and join a server; be granted some moderation powers. Have no desire to add a phone number to the account, and be OK with that meaning no moderation powers (as it’s completely opaque *what* moderation powers would be granted even if 2FA were enabled).
The Help article https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/articles/360046057772-Discord-Bugs says “Bugs are unintended behavior of the Discord app that diminish a user's experience.” However, this was not accepted as a bug report because it hasn't been sufficiently upvoted here first.
Expected result: The “Resolve” button takes you to a page where you can learn more about (a) exactly what moderation powers would be available if 2FA were enabled, (b) allows you to set it up, and also (c) has an option for “don’t show this banner on this server again; you can re-access this screen from your Server Profile” that would cause the banner to not be shown. There should also be a little X button in the banner itself that dismisses the banner for that session, allowing access to the content underneath.
Actual result: The “Resolve” button only takes you to a place where you have to add a mobile phone number to continue, which is required to be able to access the non-moderator functions hidden under the banner, and a user has no idea what moderation level or privileges adding that would include.
