Add an option to disable the new photo layout

I can’t really think of a description for this, but it’s just generally more inconvenient now. You have to click on an image to fully display it, which it annoying when it’s covering up something important like text, I’ve had a meme with fully covered text on both the top and bottom, which ruins it to a degree.

    So Discord can collect statistics on what images users are clicking on. For advertising purposes perhaps. These changes have nothing to do with quality of the experience.
