Folded Screen doesn't adjust

I have the Galaxy Z Fold 4, which can be used like a normal phone or folded outward to have a larger screen. When using discord in one orientation and (un)folding to the other, the app doesn't adjust. Sending messages becomes difficult, as does all navigation. Restarting the app resolves the issue, but having the app refresh automatically when (un)folding would be extremely helpful
