Auto Select Title When Using SHIFT+ENTER To Create a New Forum.

When creating a new forum you can click SHIFT+ENTER instead of new post. When you click new post it auto selects the title so you can just start typing but when you use SHIFT+ENTER is makes you auto type in the actual message portion.
