Name Outlines and/or Drop Shadows

With the new themes for Nitro coming out, clarity of names with certain role colours is becoming a bigger issue than before. Not only can some colours not be seen in light/dark mode, but now depending on where the name is scrolled on the theme's gradient, it can vary from visible to invisible or anywhere in between and affects a lot more colours than previously with just light/dark mode. I propose a couple solutions; outlines and/or drop shadows.

These could be completely automatic and just contrast the background for constant clarity, or it could be left up to the server managers like role colours always have been. If the latter, there could simply be an extra 'Outline Colour' option for each role.

The drop shadow solution could be independent if it provides enough distinction for the text to be read, or it could be in addition to the outline option. Lots of possibilities between the two solutions.
