Disable Nitro features locally.

Hello,

Discord Nitro has so many overwhelming, turbulent visual features. Those new super reactions, spinny avatars with stuff flying on them, GIF headers, stickers, unreadable profiles and so much more I can't seem to properly turn off without disabling things I do want to see.

I think it would be cool if people could disable a lot of these features locally. I really dislike all these frills. I don't have nitro because I don't like its features, so I'd love to be able to turn them off entirely.
