Option to remove Username from Text-to-speech (tts)

I would like a toggle that allows users to remove the "(Username) said..." before reading a message when tts notifications are enabled. If people want to have the username read they can enable it with a switch, and when they want tts but get annoyed with the constant reminder of who is talking they can disable it. It's a pretty small thing, but I feel it would make people happy.
